Strawberry & Spinach Salad

Spinach salad with strawberries and a red wine vinaigrette. Dressing may be prepared several hours before serving.
Ingredients:
• 20g sesame seeds
• 8g poppy seeds
• 100g white sugar
• 120ml olive oil
• 60ml distilled white vinegar
• 0.6g paprika
• 1ml Worcestershire sauce
• 10g minced onion
• 280g fresh spinach - rinsed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces
• 615g strawberries - cleaned, hulled and sliced
• 35g almonds, blanched and slivered
Method:
1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the sesame seeds, poppy seeds, sugar, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, Worcestershire sauce and onion. Cover, and chill for one hour.
2. In a large bowl, combine the spinach, strawberries and almonds. Pour dressing over salad, and toss. Refrigerate 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
