Full-Time Temporary Office Administrator (Approx 9 months)
Main Duties will include:
- Sales & Purchase Ledger postings (Booking -Keeping experience is an advantage)
- Credit control duties
- Telephone & Post duties, internal housekeeping
- Customer Service & Support
- Telesales
- Providing support to existing administration team
- General administration / admin support to all departments
Full training will be provided on company ERP System.
Desirable Criteria:
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 GCSE/ GCE ‘O’ level subjects Grades A - C (including English and Mathematics) or higher qualifications. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Packages will be an advantage. Previous experience of working within a busy Office environment is also desirable.
Qualifications and experience may be enhanced for short listing purposes.
