Seasonharvest Ltd is an expanding fresh produce distribution centre based in Claudy. We are looking for a dynamic, hard working, experienced hands-on Office Manager.
This is genuinely a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join an exciting company and progress as our business grows.
You will need to be self motivated with good business acumen and proven office management skills. The ideal candidate will want to progress and will be looking for a career, as opposed to just a job!
The successful candidate should demonstrate:
Previous experience of financial accounting, and ideally corporation tax and VAT
Experience and exposure to a wide variety of financial tasks as well as projects to improve processes and controls.
Ability to work on their own initiative and motivate others.
The ideal candidate will be qualified with excellent financial accounting exposure and experience of managing a team.
You will need to be very self motivated and a quick learner. This role is very hands on in a busy fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisation skills, good initiative with superb administrative skills. You will need to be able to use the standard Microsoft Office programs and ideally Sage Payroll.
