We are currently looking to recruit a Warehouse Manager.


Warehouse Manager

Seasonharvest Ltd is an expanding fresh produce distribution centre based in Claudy.  We are looking for a hard working, reliable and experienced Warehouse Manager who can work on their own initiative.

Reporting to the Operations Manager the ideal candidate will be able:

• To effectively manage team members, maintaining a high standard of service delivery in a fast paced production environment.
• Create and maintain a team spirit throughout the stores to achieve a common goal.
• To control and allocate work, monitoring progress to ensure hourly/daily/shift workload/tasks are completed.
• To effectively monitor and improve customer service standards, maintaining liaison with customers (telesales).
• To coach individuals and arrange appropriate training to help them achieve their personal development needs.
• To maintain the accuracy and security of stock through the appropriate systems and procedures.
• Applicant should have experience in fresh produce or FMCG storage and distribution, hold a full driving licence a valid forklift licence is desirable but not essential.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
