We pride ourselves on using the best quality meat and carefully select and inspect all of our suppliers. We have full traceability of our meat from farm to fork.
Paul’s Butchers is well renowned for excellent quality, service and a huge selection of fresh meat, poultry and award winning products.
Our beef, lamb, pork and chicken is all sourced in Northern Ireland and prepared in our own state of the art premises. Our beef is hung on the bone for as long as three or four weeks to produce the tastiest, most tender beef around.
We are also aware of the ever changing dietary needs of the public; leading the charge with a range of products for people on restricted diets (such as gluten free, celiac, low fat and slimming world). We also have a wide range of choices and flavours, so meal time need not be boring any more, from Gluten free sausages and flavoured chicken fillets to syn free burgers and the cities first and original syn free pork sausages!
